FOLEY, AL
AC Repair & HVAC Service in Foley, AL
Foley has grown fast. New neighborhoods keep going up along the Highway 59 corridor, and OWA and the outlet shops bring visitors through all year. Whether you've lived in Foley for decades or just closed on a new build, your air conditioner is about the most important appliance in the house, because south Baldwin County summers are long, hot, and humid.
Estes Heating & Air has served the Alabama Gulf Coast since 1982. We're a family-owned HVAC company based in Mobile, and we take care of homes and light commercial buildings across Baldwin County, including Foley and nearby Summerdale, Magnolia Springs, Elberta, and the beach communities to the south.
Air Conditioning Repair in Foley
A Foley AC system can run most of the year, which means parts wear out. Call us if you notice:
• Warm air coming from the vents
• The system running nonstop without reaching the set temperature
• Ice on the refrigerant lines or outdoor unit
• Water around the indoor unit
• Clicking, grinding, or buzzing sounds
• A sudden jump in your electric bill
We repair all makes and models, explain what we found and what it will take to fix it, and let you decide. No pressure, no upselling.
Help for Newer Homes and Growing Families
Plenty of Foley homes are newer construction, and even new homes can have comfort problems: an upstairs that won't cool, a bonus room that's always stuffy, or humidity that never quite goes away. Common fixes include:
• Zone control systems that let you set different temperatures for different parts of the house
• Ductless mini-splits for bonus rooms, garages, workshops, and additions
• Wi-Fi thermostats so you can adjust the temperature from your phone
• Dehumidifiers and air cleaners for allergies, dust, and that damp coastal feel
Heat Pumps and Heating Service
Most Foley homes heat with a heat pump, and that makes sense in a mild climate. But a heat pump works year-round, so it needs attention in both seasons. We repair and maintain heat pumps, furnaces, and electric heat strips. When it's time to replace yours, we're an Amana® brand dealer and can show you Amana® brand heat pumps, including variable-speed, inverter-driven models.
Light Commercial HVAC
- Foley's restaurants, shops, and offices depend on a steady system to keep customers and staff comfortable. Estes handles light commercial installation and service, so a small business can call the same family-owned company homeowners trust.
Maintenance That Fits a Gulf Coast Schedule
With the Estes Comfort Agreement, we call you twice a year to set up your tune-ups, typically once before cooling season and once before heating season. Each visit includes a precision tune-up, cleaning, and safety inspection. Agreement customers also get priority service and 10% off repair services (parts and labor).
Financing for a New System
A replacement doesn't always come at a convenient time. Estes offers financing with approved credit through GoodLeap, Upgrade, and Regions, so you can get comfortable now and pay over time.
