Straightforward AC Repair

Our technicians repair all makes and models of air conditioners and heat pumps. We'll tell you what's wrong, what it costs to fix, and whether the repair makes sense, before any work starts. Call us when:

• Your AC is running but the house stays hot

• The outdoor unit won't come on

• You see ice on the lines or water around the indoor unit

• The system makes grinding, squealing, or buzzing noises

• Your power bill keeps climbing

Sometimes the fix is simple, like a failed capacitor or a clogged drain. If that's all it is, we'll tell you so.

Emergency Service When You Need It

AC failures don't wait for business hours. Estes offers 24/7 emergency service, and our office is open 7 days a week, 8 am to 5 pm. If your system goes down on a hot weekend or a cold night, call us.

Heating Service

Prichard doesn't get many hard freezes, but when cold weather does hit, you need heat that works. We repair and maintain heat pumps, gas furnaces, and electric heat. For gas systems, we check burners, the heat exchanger, gas pressure, and safety controls so your family stays safe as well as warm.

Making a New System Affordable

  • When an older system can't be saved, replacement can feel overwhelming. We'll never push you into more system than you need. We'll lay out your options and help you pick the one that fits your home and budget. As an Amana® brand dealer, we install Amana air conditioners, heat pumps, and furnaces. To help with the cost, Estes offers financing with approved credit through three partners: GoodLeap (simple online application and quick decisions), Upgrade (flexible monthly payment options), and Regions (financing from a bank name you know). Ask us about financing when we give you your options.
